So I have the worst possible chi flat ironhair you can imagine: thin, frizzy, puffy, super-curly and I have a lot of hair. The CHI works wonders on me. It's been 5 years that I straighten my hair every day and I get compliments all the time. My hair looks super soft, smooth, and friz-free with the CHI. Some of the other brands that I have tried recently: Metropolis, Sedu, and FHI. I am not a fan of the Metropolis and the Sedu and FHI were just ok for my hair type. CHI's flaw: it does not last. It always tends to stop working and does not heat up anymore (I take very good care of it). I have already been through 4 of them. Out of the ones that I have tried, it is the best, which is why I keep going back to it. However, they should improve the quality. One of them only lasted 3 months!

i love my chi ! i have curly hair & it chi flat ironworks great! with other straighteners it takes an hour or sometimes more but with this one it take 35 min max ! long story short the chi is AMAZING ! i had my chi, and was never really fond of it, but used it anyways. it's only been a couple of months and it's already broken for no reason. it just will not turn on anymore. there are much better flat irons out there, so take my advice and don't buy a chi!!! I have very curly, frizzy hair. This product worked great on me. It did not damage my hair and made my hair stay straight for days. However, I have had this product for about one year and already, it's not working. It only turns on when the plates are pressed together tightly, and so now I have to be careful when I want to use the flat iron so it won't turn off.

Heats up fast! Easy to use. People are always chi flat ironcommenting on how nice & shiny my hair is. Love it! I got this straightener about one month ago- I absolutely love it!! It makes my hair very soft, straight, and shiny. It seems to hide my split ends. I have used many other straighteners in the past and have had to go over the same strands of hair several times to try and get them straight. With my CHI, I only have to run it over my hair once, and my hair is very smooth- with no waves or kinks. Love it and it is well worth the investment! This is the best flat iron I have ever used... I have waist length hair which is thick and super tight curls..and had great results... straight with no frizz which lasted for days..did not dry my hair out...Glothe straightener works really great!!! sooo much better than the one i had!!! i would definately recommend it!!!
